GTA Appliance Pros was founded in 2008 by Marco Ferretti, a certified appliance technician who spent a decade working for a national chain before deciding to do things differently. He was tired of watching customers get overcharged for simple repairs and left waiting days for a technician to show up.
Starting with a single service van and a commitment to same-day service, Marco built a reputation for showing up on time, diagnosing problems accurately, and charging fair prices. Word spread quickly across Mississauga, and within three years the business had grown to cover the entire Greater Toronto Area.
Today, GTA Appliance Pros is a team of 12 certified technicians serving thousands of GTA homeowners every year. The values haven't changed: honest assessments, upfront pricing, and repairs done right the first time.
